Change "Start" button text in Windows XP

Download Resource Hacker: http://angusj.com/resourcehacker/

Open explorer.exe located in C:\Windows

Browse to String Table, 37, 1033

Replace the start text with whatever you like

Click file then save.

Restart the explorer.exe process.

Do a ctrl+alt+delete, go to processes, end the explorer.exe process
Go to run and type explorer, then ok to start the explorer process
