Speed up Windows Shutdown

Speed up Windows Shutdown

Go to Registry Editor (Start, Run, Regedit)
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/desktop. In the right pane, double-click WaitToKillAppTimeout and change to 1000. For slower shutdown, change to a larger number.
