Easy eye strain and headaches by changing your monitor’s refresh rate

If you are still on a CRT monitor, use this simple trick.

1. Go to START, settings, control panel
2. Go to display, and go to the settings tab
3. Click on the Advanced button
4. Click on the monitor tab
5. Adjust your screen refresh rate to anything about 70 Hertz
6. Try not to adjust too high, or your monitor will not live very long
